Booking and personal service terms and conditions


By booking or participating in a tattoo, or any related service at Bella Rose Tattoo Studio, (Owned and operated by Brittney Raymond) you hereby agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

By booking an appointment I, the client or representative, of the client acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If I make a booking on behalf of other participants, I guarantee that I’ll have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in my party.


Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when your artist, piercer or authorized agent issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable (non-refundable) deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to your artist, piercer or authorized agent immediately.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking for a tattoo. Failure to be of the appropriate age at the time of your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment, and forfeiture of your deposit.

You agree to provide full, complete, and accurate information to Bella Rose Tattoo Studio.


By booking on behalf of other participants (for example; a group booking) you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included in that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your booking, notifying the artist, piercer or agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.

By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents and verified the age of those involved. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and that Bella Rose Tattoo Studio will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.


You must provide any medical information reasonably requested by Bella Rose Tattoo Studio and may be required to complete a waiver form including medical information that is relevant to the purpose of receiving a tattoo, piercing or related service. 

Medical Forms are mandatory for any procedure that involves breaking the skin barrier.

In making a booking you agree to complete the Medical Information within the Consent to the Application and Release and Waiver of all Claims form honestly and to disclose all relevant medical information accurately and fully. 


Bella Rose Tattoo Studio will maintain all information collected in accordance with our privacy policy.

Bella Rose Tattoo Studio reserves the right to request further information or professional medical opinions where necessary, as determined at its discretion, for your safety or the safety of our staff and additional clientele.

Bella Rose Tattoo Studio reserves the right to deny you permission to receive a tattoo, piercing or other services at any time and at your own risk and expense where the artist, piercer or agent determines that your physical or mental condition renders you unfit to be the recipient of that service or you represent a danger to yourself or others.

Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be disclosed to Bella Rose Tattoo Studio at the time of booking.

Bella Rose Tattoo Studio does not offer services to pregnant, or breastfeeding individuals. 


In the event that you do not complete the required Medical Information included in the waiver form or provide medical information reasonably required by the Artist, piercer or agent for any reason Bella Rose Tattoo Studio reserves the right to cancel your booking and all applicable cancellation fees will apply.

You are responsible for assessing whether a tattoo, piercing or associated service is suitable for you. You should consult your physician to confirm your suitability to participate in any of the planned activities. You should seek your physician’s advice on vaccinations and medical precautions. Bella Rose Tattoo Studio, its artists, piercers or agents do not provide medical advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of each aspect of receiving a tattoo, piercing or related service based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements.


Any special requirements must be disclosed to your artist, piercer or service agent at the time of booking. Artists, piercers and service agents operating out of Bella Rose Tattoo Studio will use reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements or requests but this is not always possible given the nature and physical/artistic limitations of permanent body modification. Certain procedures may be inaccessible to you if your mobility or physical body shape is limited in any way.

Should you be mobility limited and require special accommodation this must be disclosed to your artist, piercer or service agent prior to booking so that we may arrange an alternate location for your service.

Bella Rose Tattoo Studio nor any of its artists, piercers or service agents will be held responsible for any fees or travel expenses or injuries you incur as a result of your failure to disclose a special requirement or physical limitation.


Tattoo services are not available to minors. Anyone under the age of 18 at the time of their booking is considered to be a minor.


All deposits are 100% non-refundable.

A non-refundable deposit release waiver of all claims must be completed in order to proceed with officially booking an appointment. this will be emailed to you to be agreed upon and signed honestly and truthfully.

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit to the value specified by your artist, piercer or service agent is due to the person whom you booked with.

Should you cancel the booking entirely, or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited and become the property of the artist or service agent with whom you booked.

Deposits are non-transferrable and are only valid for the tattoo or service that was confirmed at the time of your booking.

Should you change the agreed-upon artwork, placement or service a new deposit may be required, at the sole discretion of your artist or service agent. 

Should you require to reschedule your appointment you may do so a total of 2 (two) times allowing at least 72 hours notice to be provided each time a reschedule is made.

Deposits will be forfeited to the artist or service agent your contract was originally made with should you reschedule 3 or more times, or provide insufficient notice (less than 72 hours notice.)


As a condition of booking, you must provide the information (such as reference photos or artwork subject matter clarification) requested by your artist or service agent. If you fail to supply information required by the artist or service agent you will be liable for any costs, fees or losses including failure to have artwork ready on time, and therefore the inability to proceed with a booking. In the event that you fail to supply information required by the artist or service agent, that artist or service agent also reserves the right to treat your booking (or the relevant component of your booking) as cancelled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by Bella Rose Tattoo Studio, in its sole discretion. The information required by the artist, piercer or service agent will vary depending on the service and will be communicated to you or to your authorized agent during the booking process. Bella Rose Tattoo Studio, nor any of its artists or service agents will be held responsible for any fees or travel expenses you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete information you have provided.


You may cancel your booking by notifying the artist, piercer or service agent with whom you booked. Cancellation fees or the forfeit of your deposit, if any, will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by the artist, piercer or service agent.

Cancellations made outside of standard (office) business hours, will be considered received at the start of the next business day.

Cancellation of a booking:

• Cancellation requests received with more than 72 hours notice before the service will result in that deposit will be held by the respective artist or service agent in accordance with these Terms for a period of 90 days. Should you not contact your artist, piercer or service agent within 90 days to rebook the deposit will be considered abandoned and therefore will become the property of that artist, piercer or service agent.

• Cancellation requests received with less than 72 hours notice before the service will result in that deposit being forfeited in full, and that deposit will become the property of the artist, piercer or service agent with whom your booking was made.


A tattoo, piercing or related service appointment will become a guarantee when at least one booking is secured by a valid deposit.

Bella Rose Tattoo Studio guarantees that all scheduled appointments booked and secured with a valid deposit will proceed as indicated on the applicable confirmation, subject to reasonable itinerary changes as described in these Terms or good faith health and safety concerns.

If a service is cancelled by your artist or service agent more than 72 hours before the date of your booking for reasons other than Force Majeure or as a result of a suspension of operations by Bella Rose Tattoo Studio and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the choice of accepting from your artist, piercer or service agent:

(a) a substitute appointment date

(b) a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled booking.

If a service is cancelled by the artist, piercer or service agent less than 72 hours before the date of your booking for any reason other than due to Force Majeure or as a result of a suspension of operations by Bella Rose Tattoo Studio and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, the Artist, piercer or service agent can offer you either:

(a) a substitute appointment date with a discount on the value of your deposit

(b) a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled booking.

If a cancellation at any time is due to Force Majeure or a suspension of operations by Bella Rose Tattoo Studio occurs you will be offered a new appointment time. Bella Rose Tattoo Studio, its artists and agents are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of the cancelled booking including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment.


Bella Rose Tattoo Studio and any subsidiaries, respective employees, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, representatives and renters shall not be held liable for any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by persons engaging in body modification including but not limited to tattoos, piercing and associated services.


You agree that, while participating in any tattoo, piercing or service, images, photos and/or videos may be taken by your artist, other clients, Bella Rose Tattoo Studio or its representatives that may contain or feature you or your likeness. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to Bella Rose Tattoo Studio, its contractors, sub-contractors and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.


By submitting any personal information to Bella Rose Tattoo Studio you indicate your acceptance of our PRIVACY POLICY.


Bella Rose Tattoo Studio reserves the right to update or alter these Terms at any time and will post the amended Terms on this website.

Any amendment will take effect 10 days after being posted to this website.
